REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy for international shipping services from India is as follows:
Refunds will be given based on the specific service definitions provided at the time of payment, and customers should review these definitions before making a claim.
Refunds can be requested in writing, by email, through Live Help, or over the phone, and customers must provide their Parcel Chief reference number and tracking number if applicable.
We cannot process refunds for any consequential loss. If a refund is appropriate, it will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction, and only to the contracted party who booked the order.
Refunds will be processed through the same online method and may take some time to complete.
Customers have up to 15 days from the order date to request a refund, and we do not accept shipment cancellations.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for international shipping services from India is as follows:
Customers may cancel their order for international shipping services by contacting us directly through email, Live Help, or telephone. The cancellation request must include the Parcel Chief reference number.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or drop-off time. If the cancellation request is made after this time, we may not be able to process the cancellation.
If a customer cancels their international shipping order, they will receive a refund following our refund policy. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.
If we need to cancel an international shipping order, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to provide an explanation and discuss options for rescheduling or refunding the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any international shipping order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to issues with payment, shipment compliance, or safety concerns.
Refunds will be given under the following circumstances:
- Order was cancelled
- The recipient didn't receive the order.
- If a customer complains about the quality of a product after it has been delivered, we will look into the matter. If the complaint is confirmed to be accurate, the customer will either receive a full refund or a replacement product.
A refund request may only be made in the event of a service failure. Our team will determine whether an order qualifies for a refund, and our management's decision is final.
We are not responsible for any damage or claim, and the refund amount cannot under any circumstances exceed the amount paid by the customer.
