Terms Note

• Here’s a basic estimate of international courier charges per kg shipping costs, with delivery estimated between 3-6 days, based on volumetric weight calculation.
• Please note that for shipments of medicines/supplements, a doctor’s prescription (in English) and an invoice are mandatory.
• Our courier partners are currently FedEx and DHL.
• The maximum value of a shipment must not exceed INR 25,000. We can ship individual mobile phones and watched valued at up to INR 50,000 (additional clearance charges of INR 2,500 will apply).
• Please note that the chargeable weight is always greater than the volumetric or actual weight in the international shipping cost calculator. The rates displayed are inclusive of the fuel surcharge and taxes within India but exclude oversized and palletized shipments, and special products (liquids, homemade food, etc).
• Also, please note that we are unable to dispatch shipments requested after 3 PM or on Sundays until the next working day.
• ODA charges (applicable to out-of-delivery areas, or remote locations) will attract additional transit time based on the distance.
• Please note that the charges quoted in the international shipping calculator do not include any import duty, GST, or VAT that may be levied by the destination country, as these fees are subject to variation depending on the country and product.
• Shipments that may require additional time include those containing items under review, hazardous materials, oversized packages, or when additional export documentation is required.
• The courier will be chosen based on your destination and the weight of the shipment, with our partners including the most trusted couriers such as DHL and DTDC.
• Please note that any country-specific shipping discount would have been deducted already from the basic estimate shown.
